Delivery time

We always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been successfully submitted, our warehouse team will process it the within the next business day (if ordered after 4pm, Mon - Fri). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £50 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 4PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £49.99 and under will be charged at £5.99.

 A working day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Please expect delays to deliveries during peak times, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or any sale period.

A charge of £6.99 for Standard Delivery applies to The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

The standard delivery time within the United Kingdom is 3-5 business days and deliveries. When checking out, you will be able to see an estimated time frame for each delivery option. This estimate is only a rough approximation, as the shipping is carried out by third-party companies and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost will be £5.99.

Transport damage

Sjöstrand is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation to the customer, subject to the limitations of these conditions.

Once you have received your goods, we recommend that you take the time to carefully examine the product to ensure that it is not damaged. If you notice any damages, please immediately notify the external transportation company and pickup point, and then reach out to our customer service team. We will ask you to keep the transportation packaging and product packaging for further examination. If you have any question or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

It's important to note that if you have given your consent to the transportation company to leave your order without receipt of delivery or your presence, you will be fully responsible for the shipment according to our policy.
