Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £50 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 12PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £49.99 and under will be charged at £5.99 for standard delivery. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Orders for Next Working Day Delivery must be placed before 12PM and is not applicable on weekends and bank holidays. While DPD aims to deliver your order the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
• High demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
• Adverse weather conditions
• Courier network delays
Although delays are rare, we recommend allowing extra time for urgent orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to stay updated on its progress. If your parcel is delayed, please contact DPD directly for real-time updates or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Most of our parcels are sent via DPD courier service. In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to utilise alternative courier services to ensure the timely delivery of your goods.
A charge of £6.99 for standard 3-5 day delivery applies to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight. The postcodes that this applies to are as follows: BT1-94, AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, JE1-5, GY1-10, PO30-41, IM1-9, TR21-25.
In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfil the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Sjostrand UK either by e-mail or telephone.
If a product has been discontinued, Sjostrand UK has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Sjostrand UK will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost will be £5.99.
Sjöstrand is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation to the customer, subject to the limitations of these conditions.
Once you have received your goods, we recommend that you take the time to carefully examine the product to ensure that it is not damaged. If you notice any damages, please immediately notify the external transportation company and pickup point, and then reach out to our customer service team. We will ask you to keep the transportation packaging and product packaging for further examination. If you have any question or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
It's important to note that if you have given your consent to the transportation company to leave your order without receipt of delivery or your presence, you will be fully responsible for the shipment according to our policy.
