Is there anything worse than realising you’re out of coffee when you need it the most?
Every day gets a little easier with a nice, warm cup of coffee in your hand. Make it simple for yourself and with a set-up-and-forget coffee subscription plan. You can choose any standard flavour from Sjöstrand, the number of capsules, and the frequency of delivery. We’ll then take care of the rest and make sure that you’ll always have organic and climate positive coffee at home when you need it.
Start the day in a good way. Make sure your coffee makes its way to your kitchen by itself. Coffee-less days will be a thing of the past.
How to subscribe to Coffee
Choose the coffee flavour and the amount of capsules you want by putting it in your cart. To switch from a one-time purchase to a subscription, choose “Subscribe” and the frequency of your choice instead of “Buy Now.”
If you’d like to have other flavours and sizes combined in your subscription delivery, simply make the same frequency choices for these and add them to your cart before checkout.
You’re of course also able to make one-time purchases for the same checkout cart. Simply choose the “Buy Now” alternative for that specific product.
Can I make changes to my coffee-subscription?
You may cancel or pause your subscription, but if you want a new flavour, change the frequency of the deliveries or the quantity, it is simpler to cancel and then resubscribe with your new preferences.
Do you want to have more capsules but with the same delivery frequency? You may keep your current subscription and add a new one on top of it, but we recommend that you cancel the existing subscription and then resubscribe with your new preferences. This way gives you a simpler overview and minimizes handling, which is the biggest advantage of a subscription — to make everyday life a little easier.
Can I pause my coffee-subscription?
Absolutely! Pausing your subscription is easy. You can log in to your account via our website and select Subscription > Actions > Pause. When you are ready to restart your subscription, simply log in to your account as before and select > Reactivate under the subscription that you want to get started again. The subscription restarts on the same day with the same frequency as before.
Can I cancel my coffee-subscription?
Of course! You can cancel your existing subscription any time. You can easily do this by logging in to your account via our website and selecting Subscriptions > Actions > Cancel. Your subscription will then end after the next delivery.
Starting a coffee subscription also creates your online account.
Payment and Shipping
How are payments handled?
Payments work just as if you were making a regular purchase, but recurring. They are deducted in connection to your deliveries.
OPTION 1 (WORDS)
For example, if you placed your order on the 8thof the March, the first payment will be deducted on the same day, then, depending on the delivery frequency you have chosen, the next payment will be on 3/15 (weekly), 3/22 (bi-weekly), 4/8 (monthly), or 4/19 (every 6 weeks), and will repeat continuously you make any changes.

Can I use discount codes towards my coffee-subscription?
Discount / promotion codes that work with a standard purchase can be used for your very first subscription order but never applied on an ongoing basis. Since our promotion codes usually cannot be combined with other discounts, they cannot be used on coffee-subscriptions that are already advantageous in themselves. However, you may use discount codes on other items in your shopping cart at the same time you start a subscription.
Is free shipping applicable to coffee-subscriptions?
A subscription works just like a regular purchase in that if the value of a single subscription is 50 EUR or more, it will qualify for free shipping at each occurrence (unless, of course, if you make any changes later that brings the value below 50 EUR). In this way, both you and the environment would benefit in placing larger orders once a month instead of small orders that come often. Our 100-pack coffees always qualify for free shipping, so a 100-pack subscription, for example, will therefore also be shipped for free.
When will my coffee be sent out?
We send out your coffee within 24 hours (on weekdays) just as if you had placed an order on our website manually. This means that your coffee arrives at your doorstep within 1-2 days.
