A dark and bitter chocolate sauce with a rich coffee flavour. A good condiment for putting a more mature nuance to any vanilla ice cream serving, or as topping on your homemade coffee ice cream to give it that ultimate coffee experience.
Ingredients (4 servings)
1 capsule of Sjöstrand Espresso N°4
6 cl cacao powder
4 cl sugar
1 cup (for lungo brewing)
1 metal spoon
Step 1. Brew a cup of lungo
Step 2. While warm, add the sugar to the coffee and stir.
Step 3. Continue to stir while gradually adding cacao powder.
Step 4. Serve warm or keep refrigerated.
